Since metabolism affects our body, when people eat too much, their body burns out in a way that damages the liver and kidneys and causes severe organ failure. Drinking enough water keeps your body in shape and prevents you from getting dehydrated and hungry when you don't feel well. Water is essential for good digestion, so it's important to eat plenty of water to stay full and satisfied. Plus, studies show that drinking water is very helpful at slowing your heart, preventing you from having a stroke or heart attack. Not to mention, drinking water helps prevent constipation, which is a digestive problem that often comes along with being overweight. After many hours of sitting down every day, water is a necessity.


If you're tired, you probably don't realize it, but that's actually a sign of dehydration. Dehydration is when a person's body can't properly maintain normal functions, such as fluid and electrolyte levels. For example, when you exercise, your body has to go through a process called electrolyte replacement, which involves replacing fluids in your bloodstream with salts. Your stomach acid breaks down that salt, causing your body to hold onto more of it. But you don't get sick. Dehydration is often associated with diarrhea, nausea, fainting, fatigue, headaches, and fatigue. It can occur when you don't hydrate enough or your stomach is not properly lubricated.
